Take a walk down a tree-lined avenue.  Ok, the only tree-lined avenue in town. Here’s another image form a postcard, this from the small hamlet of Yessod-Hamaala near what is today the Tel Aviv megalopolis.  The trees offered a welcome escape from the sweltering afternoon heat.  So did siesta.
